Shipping Policy
Order Schedule
The expected time frame of all orders is divided into 2 parts:
- Processing time: within 48 hours(excluding weekends and holidays)
- Shipping time: 5~10 working days via FedEx / UPS Ground
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update on the Fedex or UPS systems. If after 48 hours your parcel tracking number location hasn’t updated please email us : bestoffice2010official@gmail.com
Delivery Method
As mentioned earlier the free shipping we offer is with FedEx / UPS Ground. We are unable to accommodate custom requests for deliveries, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Any such requests will have to be arranged by the customer with FedEx / UPS Ground directly after placing the order and receiving the tracking number.
Shipping Regions
Bestoffice Furniture only has the capacity to ship orders within The United States (Note we cannot offer the delivery to Alaska, Armed Forces Americas (except Canada), Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).
Shipping Fees
1. The US (Excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Puerto Rico):
- $ 9.99 Standard Shipping Fee (0-30kg)
- $16.99 For Heavy Goods Shipping (30kg and above)
2. Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Puerto Rico.
- $9.99 Standard Shipping Fee (0-30kg)
- $16.99 of Heavy Goods Shipping (25 kg and above)
Shipping Damage
Bestoffice Furniture ships all office furniture in unopened boxes, so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at bestoffice2010official@gmail.com
