Free Shipping

Bestoffice provides free shipping on all orders, and no minimum purchase is necessary.

Shipping Region

Bestoffice only has the capacity to ship orders within United States (Note we cannot offer the delivery to Alaska, Armed Forces Americas (except Canada), Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

Shipping Fee

1. The US (Exclude Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico):

Standard Free Shipping (0-30kg)
$10 of Heavy Goods Shipping (30kg and up)

2. American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau

Standard Free Shipping (0-25 kg)
$10 of Heavy Goods Shipping (25 kg and up)

Order Schedule

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into parts:
Processing time: within 48 hours(exclude weekend and holidays)
Shipping time: 5~7 days via FedEx / UPS Ground

Delivery Method

The free shipping we offer is for FedEx / UPS Ground.

We are unable to accommodate custom requests for deliveries, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Any such requests will have to be arranged by the customer with FedEx / UPS Ground directly after placing the order.



Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately.


Shipping Damage

The Bestoffice ships all chairs in unopened boxes so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at support@bestoffice.com and we will certainly be able to address your concerns.
